Who you are buying from

Ruiyi Timepieces, Room 1805, Tuantuan Jiaying Office Apartment, North of Kedu Avenue, Sanjiao Town, Meijiang District, Meizhou, Guangdong 514071, China (“Ruiyi”, “we”). By placing an order you accept these terms.

Orders and how they are formed

This site works by order request: you submit your details, we confirm stock availability by email, and you receive a secure payment link. An order is formed when payment is completed and we confirm dispatch. If a reference sells out or a price was listed in error, we will tell you before any charge and refund anything already collected.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; the price you were quoted at order time is the price you pay. Payment is by card or PayPal through a secure hosted link. We never see or store your full card details on this site.

Shipping and risk

We dispatch within 1-3 business days of payment and ship tracked. Delivery estimates are estimates, not promises; delays at customs are outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery, but every shipment is insured by us – if a parcel is lost in transit we refund or replace it. Import duties and taxes, where due, are your responsibility.

Returns and warranty

The 30-day returns policy and 24-month movement warranty are part of these terms. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.

Product descriptions

We describe every watch as accurately as we can, including case measurements, materials and water resistance. Screens show colour differently – if a dial colour is not what you expected, the 30-day return is your answer.

Intellectual property

The Ruiyi name, this site’s text, and its images belong to us or our licensors. Do not reuse them commercially without written permission.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses. Mechanical watches are mechanical: follow the care notes, especially water resistance limits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Nothing in this clause removes protections you have as a consumer in your own country.
