Covered for 24 months

• Stopping, starting problems, or a broken winding mechanism
• Accuracy drifting beyond two minutes a day, confirmed by us
• Faulty complications – moon phase, GMT, small seconds, open-heart features

Not covered

• Strap wear, glass scratches, and case scuffs – those are life, not faults
• Water damage on 3 ATM references, or any damage from a hot shower or sauna on any reference
• Damage from drops, strong magnets, or repairs attempted elsewhere
• Normal wear to the finish and to the leather, which is meant to develop character

How a claim works

1. Message us with your order number, a description, and a short video of the problem if it moves.
2. We diagnose by video first; most issues are solved with a simple reset.
3. If it needs service, we arrange tracked shipping to our workshop – we cover it both ways inside the first 90 days.
4. Typical turnaround is 2-4 weeks door to door. If we cannot repair it, we replace the movement or the watch.

Beyond 24 months

Every movement in the line can be serviced for a flat workshop fee, and we keep parts for the current collection. Ask us before you take it to a local watchmaker – many will quote more than the watch needs.

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights, and does not limit the 30-day return.
